Sage Honey

Homegrown sage leaves infused into raw Boulder honey. This honey is a treat on its own, but drizzled unto sourdough toast with cottage/ ricotta cheese, a slice of tomatoes, with a pinch of our Garden Thyme salt blend makes this honey decadent.

Sage leaves came to me in a dream, asking me to create medicine with her. As a kid, I loved butternut squash ravioli with sage, so I decided to create this herbal honey to enhance savory meals.

Sage is a wise elder. Sage is a versatile herb with a wide range of medicinal benefits. Its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and cognitive-enhancing properties make it useful for supporting digestive issues and respiratory problems.

It has mild carminative properties, which help to reduce gas and promote the proper function of the digestive system.
