Book A Session

Over the years, Jay has trained through the School of Evolutionary Herbalism and studied under leading voices in women's herbalism including Aviva Romm, Rosemary Gladstar, and Rosalee de la Foret. In 2024, she completed a training in Authentic Relating, and has had the deep honor of a year-long mentorship with Qiddist Ashe, traditional midwife, clinical herbalist, and radical birth keeper, whose teachings have profoundly shaped Jay's understanding of embodied care, birth medicine, and personal healing.

Jay's approach goes beyond matching herbs to symptoms. Informed by Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine traditions alongside Western and Vitalist herbalism, she considers the energetics of each plant, whether it runs hot or cool, dry or damp, etc, and matches that to the unique landscape of each person's body and constitution. This style of herbalism sees the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Jay offers compassionate guidance to help you reconnect with your body, navigate transitions, and reclaim your wellness on your own terms.

Whether you're seeking herbal support for physical health, emotional resilience, or deep self-empowerment, Jay provides a grounded, holistic approach tailored to your unique journey.

“Working with Jay in the 1:1 sessions she offers has given me such profound guidance and support. Jay is truly a wise woman and her presence instills such calm and introspection into one’s soul. I have worked with Jay a few times and each time no matter the topic or depth, I have felt full support from her and within myself a safety to go deeper. Jay has a gift of compassion and kindness and helping the body to be present to allow healing to begin. I truly love how there is absolutely nothing but pure love channeling through Jay into me when we work together—no judgement, no guilt, no shame—just absolute presence and holding of sacred space to channel energy into the soul”
