Raspberry leaf - this herb is rich in vitamin C and E, and also the minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, niacin, and zinc. It has traditionally been used as a courishing reproductive tonic for women of all ages. This leaf is an uterine tonic and thus supports women before birth - to ease menstrual cramps and prevent morning sickness- but also during birth to nourish the mama and after birth for mineral absorption.
Lemon Balm - promotes fluid absorption, boosts easeful digestion, and soothes an irritated nervous system when we are feeling stressed, anxious, or low energy
Hibiscus - filled with antioxidants and is a rich source of vitamin c. These flowers also stimulate blood circulation to flesh out toxins
Peppermint - boosts mental clarity, eases digestive pains, and cools down the body
Sarsaparilla Root - I like to think of this plant as an herbal root beer as it tastes so similar to the drink! This herb is not grown in North America but in Central and South America as well as the Caribbean. Medicinally, this root contains many antioxidants and compounds (saponins) that bind to groups of toxins in the body and carry them out. This root has an affinity for cleansing our liver and kidneys. It is also anti-inflammatory, and has been used internally to relieve/treat psoriasis.

Simply add 1-2 teaspoons of the herbs into a cup with a cup of hot water. Infuse for 15 minutes, strain, and enjoy! If you enjoy sweet tea, add honey.

This tea blend is 2 ounces and comes in a compostable bag. Once you finish the blend, please peal off the labels and compost the bag.
