  • Nettle – rich in vitamins and minerals, while reducing heavy periods, strengthens nails, hair, teeth, and bones, fights fatigue, & builds blood

    Raspberry - astringent (tonifies and tightens the uterine tissues), reduces cramps, bloating, nutrient dense (high in magnesium), & breast soreness

    Rose – calms the central nervous system & cultivates love

    Chamomile – fights menstrual cramps and spasms

    Dandelion – helps detoxify our toxins and fights a sluggish digestion which can lead to estrogen dominance

  • Simply add 1-2 teaspoons of the herbs into a cup with a cup of hot water. Infuse for 15 minutes, strain, and enjoy!

    Due to the addition of licorice root, there is no need to add honey as it is naturally sweet!

  • This tea blend is 2 ounces and comes in a compostable bag. Once you finish the blend, please peal off the labels and compost the bag.
