Nettle – rich in vitamins and minerals, while reducing heavy periods, strengthens nails, hair, teeth, and bones, fights fatigue, & builds blood
Raspberry - astringent (tonifies and tightens the uterine tissues), reduces cramps, bloating, nutrient dense (high in magnesium), & breast soreness

Simply add 1-2 teaspoons of the herbs into a cup with a cup of hot water. Infuse for 15 minutes, strain, and enjoy!
Due to the addition of licorice root, there is no need to add honey as it is naturally sweet!

This tea blend is 2 ounces and comes in a compostable bag. Once you finish the blend, please peal off the labels and compost the bag.
