This tea blend is 2 ounces and comes in a compostable bag. Once you finish the blend, please peal off the labels and compost the bag.

TULSI- This sacred plant is more than just delicious; she is a powerful adaptogen that helps your body respond to stress, supports immunity, boosts clarity, offers antioxidants, and nurtures your respiratory system. ROSE - the heart’s herbal ally. Soft yet powerful, rose soothes the nervous system, cools down excess heat, eases emotional tension, and opens the heart to love and gentle healing. Roses are especially supportive when we are moving throug grief.
LEMON BALM- herbal sunshine in a leaf. This bright, citrusy herb calms frazzled nerves, lifts low spirits, boosts the immune system, supports restful sleep, all while gently aiding digestion and soothing the heart.
MILKY OATS- nervous system nourishment at its finest. A favorite in the Plant Healing Woman apothecary, She is deeply restorative and rich in minerals. Milky oats can support you in rebuilding frazzled nerves, easing burnout, and support long-term resilience from the inside out. Think of it as a slow, steady hug for your whole being, grounding, gentle, and full of grace.

Simply add 2 teaspoons of the herbs into a cup with a cup of hot water. Infuse for 15 minutes, strain, and enjoy!
Some people may enjoy adding honey to this tea blend.
